Assurance & Exchange

Exchange and Refund Policies of 5S Hair. 

Prerequisites: 

Products are unused

Products have been received by the customers no more than 2 days. 

Customers provide convincing reasons as well as reliable proof. 

Products are returned and received by our company. 

Specific terms:  

If products are faulted (badly damaged, incorrect textures with confirmation before shipping, etc) by our company, we are ready to take the hair back to give you suitable compensations depending on the severity of specific cases. 

If products are faulted by the customers (damaged, lost, etc), they will be fully responsible for the exchange and return process including the shipping fees, reproduction fees, etc. On our ends, we will support our customers to resolve their mistakes if their requirements are reasonable. 

Execution:

Exchange: Customers will be provided with the same products they ordered before free of charge 

Refund: Customer’s payment will be refunded through Paypal or Bank accounts.
