Founded in 1989 as Vietnam’s maiden hair manufacturing facility, 5S Hair has evolved from a niche powerhouse into a global industry leader. For decades, we specialized in large-scale whole-sale distribution, attracting international partners who traveled across the globe to source directly from our factory. Our global footprint expanded significantly in 2018 with the launch of our Nigeria branch. By positioning ourselves in the world’s two most influential hair markets demonstrates a steadfast commitment to the highest industry standards.

5S Hair operates the biggest factory in Hanoi, Vietnam, spanning a massive 1000m2. Unlike many trading companies, 5S Hair Factory owns and manages its entire production ecosystem. This facility is scientifically organized into specialized zones – including raw hair sorting, chemical-free processing, coloring, and a high-tech weft-sewing department to ensure maximum efficiency and hygiene.

Workforce

Our facility is powered by a team of over 200 skilled artisans and technicians. These individuals possess deep expertise in traditional Vietnamese hand-drawing techniques (to ensure uniform hair length) and advanced hair processing. This blend of heritage craftsmanship and modern technical training allows us to handle delicate textures while maintaining the hair’s natural cuticle integrity.

Established in 1989, 5S Hair Factory carries over 37 years of experience in the international hair market. We have evolved from a local sourcing house into one of the largest industrial-scale manufactures in Southeast Asia, giving us an unmatched understanding of global hair trends and regional quality requirements.

Our production infrastructure is engineered for high-volume scalability, ensuring a consistent and reliable supply for the international beauty market. With a robust annual output, we maintain a dedicated export stream of 1 ton per month specifically tailored to meet the demands of large-scale wholesale distributors. This steady production capacity allows us to fulfill massive orders without compromising lead times, making us a dependable backbone for global hair business, major distributors, and international salon chains.

Export Markets: 

5S Hair successfully penetrated the most demanding beauty markets in the world, with a presence in over 20 countries.

• Americas: A major supplier for the USA and Brazil, supported by a dedicated US Branch office established in 2018.
• Africa: The leading Vietnamese supplier for Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana and Zambia. We operate a physical branch in Nigeria to provide localized support and faster logistics.

The 5S Hair branch in the United States, established in 2018, is the first mark of 5S Hair on the journey to bring the name 5S to customers around the world. Also in 2018, 5S established a branch in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The presence in the two largest hair markets in the world is a recognition of the quality of 5S Hair.
