We offer Vietnamese raw hair, virgin hair, Remy hair, bulk hair, weft hair, tape-ins, tip-ins, wigs, closures, and frontals. Available grades, lengths, colors, and textures depend on the product you choose.

A standard wholesale bundle is 100 grams unless your order specifies a different weight.

We generally offer wholesale hair lengths from 8 to 40 inches, depending on the product. Some products may have different length ranges. If you need a custom length, let us know. We will confirm available lengths in your quotation.

We supply natural hair shades as well as processed colors like brown, blonde, ombré, and custom shades. You can choose from straight, bone-straight, wavy, or curly textures.

To place a custom order, please send us the color option, a reference image, the texture, length, and quantity you need.

Some raw or virgin hair can be lightened to blonde, including #613. The result depends on the starting hair and the processing used. Do note that not every hair lot will bleach to the same shade.

If you want #613 blonde hair, please let us know before you order. We will confirm which hair type is suitable or discuss producing the color you need at our factory.

Yes, we supply wigs, closures, frontals, tape-ins, tip-ins, wefts, and bulk hair. The construction and specifications depend on the product you choose.

Our standard wholesale MOQ is 500 grams per hair type, with a minimum of 200 grams per color for colored hair orders. Some customized products or packaging requirements may have different minimum quantities.

Yes. You can start with a smaller trial order. The standard wholesale MOQ is 500 grams per hair type. If you need a sample below this amount, ask your sales representative if it is available for that product.

Pricing depends on the product, length, color, drawn specifications, quantity, and any required customization. Shipping is calculated according to the shipping arrangement for the order.

Volume pricing may be available for qualifying wholesale quantities. The applicable price depends on the product, specification, and total order quantity. We will show it in your quotation.

Shipping is not included automatically. Confirm shipping arrangements and charges with your sales representative before payment. Check your quotation to see if shipping is included or listed separately.

Yes. Our standard wholesale MOQ starts at 500 grams per hair type, which allows buyers to test a product before moving to larger quantities.

Different product types cannot automatically be combined to make up one 500-gram minimum.

We check production against the specifications agreed for the order. Quality control takes place during production and before shipment. The purpose is to check the order against an agreed standard.

Yes. We can provide pre-shipment photos or videos so you can review the finished order before we release it for shipping.

We do not give a blanket guarantee that human hair will never shed or tangle. Hair performance is affected by the product construction, processing, installation, and aftercare.

If you believe the hair does not meet the specifications agreed for your order, report the issue to your sales representative.

We accept bank transfer, local payment agents in selected African markets, Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria Money Transfer, Remitly, PayPal, and Payoneer.

Here is how the process works:

For customized or unusual specifications, additional confirmation may be required before production begins.

In general, production takes around 6–14 business days, depending on the product and order specifications. For orders to the US, for example, standard natural black straight and curly hair usually takes around 4–5 business days to produce. Custom colors or other special specifications may require more time. We will confirm your estimated production time before production begins.

Shipping time depends on destination and shipping method. Typical times are:

• Europe: 3–5 business days
• Asia: 3–5 business days
• Africa: 4–7 business days by DHL, FedEx, or UPS, or around 5–7 business days by shipping agent

These times are for transit only. They do not include order preparation or production.

We ship internationally to Africa, Europe, the Americas, Asia, and other supported destinations. Please note that some P.O. boxes, restricted areas, or locations not served by international couriers may not be available.

We generally use DHL, FedEx, and UPS for international express shipments. The carrier used for your order depends on your country, shipment size, and delivery requirements.

Shipping costs depend on package weight and dimensions, destination, and courier service. We confirm the shipping charge before finalizing the order.

You may use your own shipping agent, but this must be confirmed before payment.

We will clarify the handover point, shipping responsibility, and any charges so both sides know where responsibility transfers.

Import duties, customs charges, VAT, and other local taxes are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless a different arrangement has been confirmed for the shipment.

The amount and clearance process depend on the destination country. 5S Hair cannot guarantee customs clearance times or charges set by local authorities.

We work with wholesalers and hair brands developing their own product lines. Hair can be produced to agreed specifications, so the product range suits your market and brand.

Send us the products and specifications you want to build around. We will confirm what we can produce before you place the order. Free logo customization is available for orders of 3 kg or more.

We can customize many product specifications, including color, texture, length, drawn grade, and weight, depending on the product and production requirements.

If a requirement is outside our current capability, we would rather confirm that before production. Send us the exact specification you need.

Custom packaging or labeling may be available depending on the packaging type, quantity, and design requirements.

If you have an issue with your order, please report it within 7 days of receiving the products. The hair must remain unused, and you should provide a clear description of the problem along with supporting evidence.

Please contact your sales representative as soon as possible. Keep the products unused and provide clear photos, videos, package information, and your order details. If the issue resulted from our production or fulfillment, we will handle the resolution under our Assurance and Exchange Policy.
